How does the delivery process work?

The delivery process is simple:

  1. You send us your daily order list (API integration or manual)
  2. Our team picks up from your store/warehouse or from our fulfilment centre
  3. Packages are sorted, routed, and dispatched in batches
  4. Drivers deliver to customers with live tracking & notifications
  5. COD is collected and settled weekly
Do you offer fulfilment and storage?

Yes! You can send bulk inventory to our warehouse. We handle:

This is ideal for brands outside Qatar wanting to sell locally.

Can I send items from another country to Qatar for fulfilment?

Yes! You can ship your products in bulk to our warehouse. We manage everything after arrival—stocking, order processing & delivery. You don't need any local staff in Qatar.
