What documents do I need to join as a delivery driver?
  • Qatar ID
  • Valid Qatar Driving License
  • Vehicle Ownership (or rental agreement)
  • Bank Details / Wallet number
Do you provide vehicles or fuel?

Drivers use their own vehicles. Fuel support may be provided for full-time contractual drivers.

What type of deliveries will I handle?
  • E-commerce parcels
  • COD deliveries
  • Same-day/next-day routes
  • Return pickups
How do I receive daily deliveries?

You will receive:

  • A daily route sheet
  • Pick-up time
  • Delivery list
  • App access for navigation & updating status
How is COD handled?

Drivers must:

  • Collect COD in cash
  • Deposit daily to the office
  • Submit proof of delivery

Strict reporting is required.

How does payment work for drivers?

Drivers are paid Weekly or Monthly based on:

  • Number of deliveries
  • With bonuses for performance
What should I do if a customer does not answer?
  1. Call customer 2–3 times
  2. Send WhatsApp message
  3. Update status in the app
  4. Mark as "Not reachable"
  5. Return parcel if required
How do I handle fragile items?

Handle carefully and follow:

  • Fragile marks
  • Two-handed carrying
  • No stacking
  • No pressure
What should I do in case of an accident?

Immediately inform the:

  • Supervisor
  • Control room

Send photos and location. Safety is the first priority.

What behavior is expected from drivers?
