What documents do I need to join as a delivery driver?
- Qatar ID
- Valid Qatar Driving License
- Vehicle Ownership (or rental agreement)
- Bank Details / Wallet number
Do you provide vehicles or fuel?
Drivers use their own vehicles. Fuel support may be provided for full-time contractual drivers.
What type of deliveries will I handle?
- E-commerce parcels
- COD deliveries
- Same-day/next-day routes
- Return pickups
How do I receive daily deliveries?
You will receive:
- A daily route sheet
- Pick-up time
- Delivery list
- App access for navigation & updating status
How is COD handled?
Drivers must:
- Collect COD in cash
- Deposit daily to the office
- Submit proof of delivery
Strict reporting is required.
How does payment work for drivers?
Drivers are paid Weekly or Monthly based on:
- Number of deliveries
- With bonuses for performance
What should I do if a customer does not answer?
- Call customer 2–3 times
- Send WhatsApp message
- Update status in the app
- Mark as "Not reachable"
- Return parcel if required
How do I handle fragile items?
Handle carefully and follow:
- Fragile marks
- Two-handed carrying
- No stacking
- No pressure
What should I do in case of an accident?
Immediately inform the:
- Supervisor
- Control room
Send photos and location. Safety is the first priority.
What behavior is expected from drivers?
- Politeness
- Professional appearance
- No arguments with customers
- No delays
- Clear communication
