What is the standard delivery time for the core city (Doha)?
We offer multiple delivery options:
- Same Day Delivery - within Doha limits
- Express Delivery (4 hours) - guaranteed completion within 4 hours of request
- Next Day Delivery - Qatar-wide coverage
What is the guaranteed delivery window for Express Service?
Express Delivery guarantees completion of the delivery ride within 4 hours of the initial request, subject to an express surcharge of QR 10 for deliveries under 20 km.
What is the maximum delivery time for remote areas?
Delivery to remote areas (25 km+) takes a maximum of 3 working days. This allows us to combine orders to ensure a cost-effective price at a flat rate of QR 35.
Do you deliver all over Qatar?
Yes! Ezzy Delivery covers all of Qatar including:
- Doha (all districts)
- Al Wakrah

Where is the main operating facility located?
Our main store/warehouse is located in Fareej Sudan, opposite Al Waab petrol station in Doha.
What is the maximum parcel size or weight you handle?
While size limits are flexible, the standard handling focuses on small e-commerce items, with small size defined as less than 20 x 15 x 15 cm. Heavier/larger items require custom quotes.
Do you provide a Delivery Management System (DMS)?
Yes! We offer the Ezzy Delivery Qatar Delivery Management System to simplify logistics, enhance efficiency, and provide transparency to clients with features including:

How are specialized products like chocolates handled?
Products requiring temperature control (like Chocolates/Perishables) necessitate a custom quotation due to special handling and possible cold-chain requirements.
Do you offer "Pick & Pack" as a separate service?
Yes! Fulfillment (Pick & Pack) is offered either as a stand-alone service or bundled with delivery. When bundled with 100+ successful delivered orders per month, a flat rate may be quoted.
What is the cost of warehouse storage?
- First storage unit: QR 250 per month
- Additional units: QR 150 per month each
- Unit size: 100 x 100 x 50 cm (500,000 cm³)
Can I send items from another country to Qatar for fulfillment?
Yes! You can ship your products in bulk to our warehouse. We manage everything after arrival—stocking, order processing & delivery. You don't need any local staff in Qatar.

Can the packaging be customized with the client's branding?
Yes! We can accommodate client branding and specific packaging needs as part of the customized fulfillment service.
Pricing & COD Process
How is the delivery price calculated?
Price is calculated based on:
- Expected Volume - determining your pricing slab
- Distance Zone - determining the base rate
You are charged only for successful deliveries (Per Successful Delivered model).
What are the pricing slabs?
Standard Low-Volume (10+ weekly):
- Less than 10 km (Doha): QR 15
- 10.1-15 km (Outside Doha): QR 18-20
- 15.1-25 km (Outer Doha): QR 20
Mid-Volume (150+ monthly):
- Less than 10 km: QR 20
- 10.1-20 km: QR 25
- 20.1-30 km: QR 30
High Volume (300+ weekly):
- Flat rate of QR 20 for all deliveries up to 25 km!
How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?
- No Handling Fee for COD transactions paid in cash
- Card payments incur a 2.5% service fee
- Alternative digital payments via Fawran accepted
- COD funds are settled weekly with detailed reports
Weekly settlements include reports of:
- Delivered orders
- Returned orders
- Amount collected
- Pending balances
How is the Express Delivery surcharge calculated?
- Additional QR 10 for deliveries under 20 km
- QR 1 per additional kilometer for deliveries over 20 km
What is the pricing for remote areas?
- Low-volume: Flat rate of QR 35 (max 3-day delivery)
- High-volume: QR 20 base + QR 5 per additional km past 25 km

Contract & Legal Terms
What is the initial contract duration?
The Agreement is effective for an initial period of 12 months from the date of signature and may be renewed upon mutual consent.
What is the requirement for contract termination?
Either party may terminate the Agreement by providing a 1-month prior notice in writing. Termination will not affect obligations regarding deliveries or payments for services rendered before the termination date.
What about confidentiality?
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive business or customer information shared. The confidentiality clause is permanent and remains in effect even after contract termination.
How are disputes resolved?
Parties agree to first negotiate in good faith to resolve matters amicably. Any unresolved dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
